The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in Richmond, at 32%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in April was $1,150,000, a 4% decrease from March and no change to April 2023. The average sold price was $1,127,175, 7% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $794, down 1.5% to last month.
