There were 2,465 townhome listings in the Vancouver Region in April, 21% above March and 55% higher than April 2023. April townhome sales increased by 10% month-over-month, to 861, and were 10% above April 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Vancouver Region, at 35%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in April was $935,000, a 1.6% decrease from March and 4% above April 2023. The average sold price was $1,027,439, 1.1% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $672, down 0.5% to last month.
