“It is great working with the Provident team,” he con- cluded. “They are a very close-knit group of people who bend over backwards for the customers’ needs. Rush jobs and getting customers out of jams is a great highlight of the team at the plant. They always come through. The Sales Team works well together, communicating with each other on a regular basis. We bounce ideas off each other and share information with each other on things that worked and didn’t work. This makes us a very strong team.” Sam Benson , Technical Sales Representative, Mid-At- lantic, Southeast Region & Mexico , spent the first 27 years of his working life working on or around a flexo press. In that time, he said, “I learned that there are so many variables in flexo. You need to be open to others’ input as

They now run 12 rolls plus on a regular basis after changing the blade configura- tion and material.” Wisnefske lists his skills as: Press Assistant; Press Operator; Process Engineer certified in Lean/ Six Sigma; Technical Representative; and Sales.
