Continued From Page 2 (Meet & Greet) To learn more about adventures around the Valley, Gina shared a couple of great resources just up the street. One of them is the Apache Junction Library at 1177 N Idaho Rd. Frankly, I have practically lived in libraries my whole life, and I was absolutely floored by what I found there! They are not only a marvelous, huge, very diverse library … but they also have classes for all ages and interests --- and information and passes for many local attractions! Find out more at www.ajpl.org. You ’ ll love it! Another great resource for special activities and places to visit in the area is the Chamber of Commerce. This was just one of many billboards … and yes, the Renaissance Festival is only a few miles from here and lots of fun! Find the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce on the web at www.ajchamber.com -- or around the corner at 567 W. Apache Trail. The room is FULL of billboards, posters, and booklets about adventures waiting for you here in Arizo- na, whether you want to reach them by foot, horse, car, or plane! Enjoy!
Sales & PM Rentals
Hello Residents of Sunrise! For those that do not know me, my name is Alysia, the Business Admin- istrator, Sales and Rentals at Sunrise RV Resort. I will be coming up on my two year anniversary in April and hope to have many more years at the park. At the moment, I have two homes for sale: #193 listed at $40,000 and #437 listed at $49,500. I do have a brand new home that is available for
sale also. If you would like to see these homes, please come in and see me or you can give me a call to schedule an appointment. On the other hand, if you are interested in selling your park model, I definitely recommend selling it with me! I take care of the showing as well as taking pictures of the park model to post online. The paperwork and negotiations are all in - house to make the process easy for you! I am hoping to have more homes for sale as time goes on. If you or your family members are looking for a rental, I have about 3 park models that will be ready soon, however with our policy the entire month must be booked, we do not offer weekly or daily stays for the rentals.
Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather and are staying busy with all the activities going on!
