Cooking for Crowds – Food Safety Class for Non - Profit Organizations

It ’ s time to get ready for your fall food fundraising events! If you “ Cook for a Crowd ” with your church or youth group, rescue squad, fire department, band, or athletic boosters or other non - profit organization, then this class is for you! Learn how to reduce food safety risks when cooking large volumes of food for the public. Make sure that the food you prepare and serve is not only delicious, but safe! The class will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Orange Volunteer Fire Company, located at 205 Caroline Street, Orange. The class fee is $10.00 per organization (for any number of participants).
