This event did not spare any detail or leave any stone unturned. Important Critical Activities to grow your business were shared, along with crucial key points to help you advance to Senior Director in 2016. We heard from our General Manager Daniel Wood as to why Melaleuca is poised to continue to take market share in Australia and New Zealand, and why our leaders have never been in a better position to grow their Melaleuca business. “Attending this event should be the first step for anyone wanting to achieve Senior Director” says Senior Director 2 Carole Sellar. “It really helped me get started and opened my eyes to the culture of this company. The first time I attended, I left knowing exactly what I need to do to reach the next advancement.” At this event, not only are important concepts shared to help you grow your business, but also key points that are not often trained on or often talked about are also address.

The entire event was filled with fun and excitement as we had the opportunity to hear from some of Melaleuca’s top leadership around the world. National Director Paulette Magaw shared how to deliver an effective Delivering Wellness Overview, while National Directors 5, and two time US Marketing Executives of the Year, Brooke and Jason Paulin shared how to develop leadership. Brand new Corporate Director, Alex Reynoso shared how to help your new business partner advance to Director 3 in their first month of enrolment! “To be at this event and see two leaders advance in December to Senior Director and beyond was awesome.
