Sportsbet-Pakenham04/12/2021 Held up for clear running from the 300 metres until approaching the 200 metres Caulfield 23/04/2022 Held up for the clear running rounding the home turn Sportsbet- Ballarat 24/04/2022 Held up when unable to obtain a clear run from 500m and until passing the 300m Rider reported that when under pressure passing the 300m he felt the gelding got its tongue over the bit and for this reason it failed to run on. A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have a slow recovery. Sale 15/04/2022 Led. Eased down from the 400m. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormality other than the gelding had sustained a small laceration to the right hind heel. Caulfield 26/12/2021 When questioned, rider reported that it was his intention to lead the event, however when challenged for the lead in the early stages, rather than continue to contest the lead, he allowed the other runner to cross his mount near the 700m when he observed that runner racing keenly.
