The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 22%, as Burnaby South’s townhome segment remained a seller’s market. The benchmark price in November was $769,600, 0.9% below October and 4% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $779,836 (down 0.5% from October) with an average PSF sales price of $529 (down 14% vs October).
