The number of November detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 13% lower vs October (at 3,128) and 18% below November 2018. Detached sales decreased by 14% from October, to 578, but were up 33% vs November 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 18%, as the board area’s condo market continued to be balanced. The benchmark price in November was $952,200, relatively unchanged vs the previous month and 2% lower year-over-year. The average sold price in November was $1.06M, 5% higher month-over-month but 1.9% lower year-over-year.
