The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area decreased to 1,072 in November, 19% below last month and 20% lower than last year. At 352, townhome sales were down 11% vs October but 46% above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 33%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in November was $514,700, relatively unchanged vs last month and 3% lower vs last year. The average sold price was 1.3% lower between October and November, at $566,742, while the average PSF sales price was 0.8% higher (at $366).
