At 90, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 20% vs last month and 31% below November 2018. The 34 townhome sales in November were down by 4 from October but 12 above November 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 38%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. November’s benchmark price was $937,100, rela- tively unchanged from October and down 8% from November of last year. The average sold price was $952,182 (8% below October) while the average PSF sales price was $636 (relatively unchanged from October).
