The number of condo listings in North Vancouver dipped to 250 in November, 18% lower month-over- month and 25% below November 2018. Condo sales decreased to 100, 20% lower month- over-month but up 32% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 40%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $545,500, was 1.6% below last month and 4% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $631,866 was down 4% vs October, while at $751 the average PSF sales price decreased by 4% month-over-month.
