November’s detached sales (at 17) were down by 7 month-over-month but 5 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in November fell to 20%, as Squamish’s detached segment transitioned to balanced market territory. At $979,400, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.7% lower vs October but 4% above November 2018. The average sold price of $1.05M was 3% below October 2019 and 50% higher vs November 2018.
