The 1,545 detached listings in Surrey in November were down 12% month-over-month and 18% lower year-over-year. November’s detached sales (270 homes) were down by 12% vs October but 44% above November 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased in November, to 17%, as Surrey’s detached market remained balanced. At $1.05M, the benchmark price for detached homes was relatively unchanged vs October and 2% lower vs November 2018. The average sold price of $1.16M was 7% higher month-over-month but 2% below November of last year.
