The 108 detached sales were unchanged from October 2019 and 86% above November 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 21% in November, reflecting seller’s market conditions for Vancouver East’s detached segment. November’s benchmark price was $1.38M, 1.2% above October 2019 but 6% lower than in November 2018. The average sold price of $1.53M was 1.1% above October and relatively unchanged vs November 2018.
