Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 21% month-over-month (to 340) while November’s list- ings were down 22% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased by 10% from October (to 145) but were up 61% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 43%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. November’s condo benchmark price was $551,800, relatively unchanged from October and 4% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $633,427, a 1.9% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $826, 0.8% below last month.
