November’s detached sales (at 66) were down by 12 month-over-month but 5 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in November decreased to 10% as Vancouver West’s detached segment remained in balanced market territory. At $2.90M, the benchmark price for detached homes was relatively unchanged from October and 9% below November 2018. The average sold price of $3.02M was 10% below October 2019 and 13% lower vs November 2018.
