Culture
While being a Consultant can be demanding, we value the importance of bringing people together in a fun environment. This is a key part of what makes Newton special and how we foster our inclusive culture. Newton-wide events include biannual Activity Days and our Summer Conference annual weekend . We also run sponsored N-weekends that have previously included ski trips, wine tasting in Italy and sailing in the UK. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to build strong relationships with colleagues and fun memories in exciting settings.
