Impact beyond work
Projects of passion We also run an annual Charity Day where every colleague provides hands-on support to a charity partner. Some of these charity partners have previously included: one who helps increase access to top universities for students from underprivileged backgrounds as well as another who provides refugees with better transport options.
Newton Foundation We set aside money each year which the Foundation can access to support charitable causes close to colleagues’ hearts. This is how we help every colleague maximise their positive impact beyond work.
