SITE WORK RULES

6.12 USE OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY Employees must use Company facilities, equipment, and property responsibly and only for authorized business purposes. Unauthorized use, removal, or personal appropriation of Company property—including vehicles, tools, materials, or intellectual property—is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and/or legal action. Employees are expected to operate Company equipment safely, follow instructions, and report any damage or defects immediately. Careless, unsafe, or improper use will not be tolerated. All Company intellectual property (documents, software, recordings, etc.) may only be used as authorized and must be returned, along with all other Company property, upon request or separation from employment. The Company is not responsible for personal belongings brought to work without prior supervisor approval.

6.14 OPERATION OF COMPANY VEHICLES

Employees authorized to drive on Company business must hold and carry a current, valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record (and insurance eligibility, if applicable), and report any change immediately. Company vehicles are for business use only. Seat belts are required, mobile devices may not be used while driving, and all traffic, safety, and parking laws must be followed. Any accident, traffic stop, or citation while operating a Company vehicle—or a personal vehicle on Company business—must be reported to management immediately, and employees must cooperate with any review. Violations may result in discipline, up to and including termination. 6.15 DRUG AND ALCOHOL-FREE WORKPLACE TBA is committed to a safe, healthy, and productive workplace. Employees must be fit for duty at all times. Prohibited Conduct: Employees may not use, possess, distribute, manufacture, or be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or the improper use of controlled substances while on Company property, on Company time or travel, operating Company vehicles or equipment, or conducting Company business. M edication: Prescription or over-the-counter medications must be used only as directed. If such medication could impair job performance, employees must notify their supervisor before beginning work. Testing and Discipline: Refusing a required drug or alcohol test, tampering with a specimen, or violating this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

6.13 FACILITIES SECURITY & INSPECTIONS

To maintain a safe and secure workplace, Tampa Brass & Aluminum Corp. (TBA) reserves the right to inspect employees, their personal belongings, and property while on Company or client premises. This includes, but is not limited to, lunch boxes, bags, packages, lockers, desks, cabinets, workstations, personal mail delivered to the Company, and vehicles parked on Company or client property. Vehicles entering or leaving Company property may also be subject to inspection. Employees are expected to cooperate fully with any inspection or search. Refusal to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
