6.17 PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & DISCIPLINARY STANDARDS Employees are expected to maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect at all times. Any violation of Company policies, safety standards, or conduct expectations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Disciplinary action may follow a progressive process (verbal warning, written warning, final warning, termination), but TBA reserves the right to determine the appropriate action based on the seriousness of the violation. 1.Violation of Safety Policies/Procedures 2.Violation of drug and alcohol policy including possession, sale, use, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol on the premises. 3.Theft, fraud, dishonesty, or falsification of records. 4.Willfully damaging or mutilating materials, tools, equipment, or personal property of TBA, Client, subcontractor or another employee. 5.Violation of TBA’s Equal Opportunity (EEO) & Anti-Harassment and Retaliation-Free Workplace Policies. 6.Dishonesty or fraud including falsification of security or safety records (including false claims of injury), personal time records, work reports, applications, resume, doctors notes, etc. 7.Engaging in fighting, making threats of violence, or possessing weapons on Company property. 8.Gross insubordination 9.Possession of firearms, lethal weapons, ammunition or explosives on the premises. 10.Reporting or Clocking in or out for other employees. 11.Fighting or threats of violence 12.Absence for three (3) consecutive workdays without proper notification. 1.Performing unauthorized work other than as directed by your immediate supervisor. 2.Insubordination or refusal to follow reasonable work instructions. 3.Damage to company property that could have been prevented using reasonable caution. Failure to report damage to any company property. 4.Negligence resulting in safety or security infraction. 5.Failure to report any occupational injury/illness or medical treatment immediately or by the start of next scheduled shift. 6.Unable to perform essential functions of the job or does not meet company requirements. 7.Initiating or engaging in horseplay. 8.Unauthorized use of tools, equipment, or vehicles. 9.Unauthorized organizing, operating, or taking part in gambling, raffles, or unauthorized solicitation. 10.Unauthorized use of cameras or recording devices. 11.Abusive language, verbal threats or intimidation of any employee, client, and/or subcontractor. 12.Sleeping/Nesting on the Job GROUP II VIOLATIONS Major Infractions (May Lead to and/or result in immediate termination) GROUP I VIOLATIONS Serious Infractions (Normally Result in Immediate termination)
