GROUP II VIOLATIONS Infractions (Issuance of progressive disciplinary action)
6.18 DISCIPLINARY PROCESS Disciplinary Process TBA expects all employees to follow Company policies, rules, and standards of conduct. Violations may result in corrective action, up to and including termination. Progressive Discipline When appropriate, discipline may follow a progressive sequence: 1.Verbal reprimand (documented) 2.Written reprimand or final written reprimand 3.Final written reprimand or termination (with management approval) The Company reserves the right to skip or accelerate steps based on the seriousness or willfulness of the violation. All disciplinary actions will be documented. Investigatory Suspension In certain cases—such as alleged harassment, theft, or other serious violations—an employee may be placed on investigatory suspension while the matter is reviewed. If no wrongdoing is found, the employee will be paid for the suspension period. If the violation is confirmed, the suspension may be unpaid and further discipline may follow. 1.Failure to observe Company safety, environmental, or medical rules and practices (including required PPE and posted warnings). 2.Loafing, idling, or wasting time during work hours. 3.Unsatisfactory work performance. 4.Use of personal cell phones or electronic devices outside of authorized areas or times. 5.Improper parking or unsafe operation of a Company or personal vehicle on Company property. 6.Irregular attendance, excessive tardiness, early departures, or abuse of break periods. 7.Repeated loss of, or failure to, clock in and out of E2 for operational tracking. 8.Preparation or consumption of food or beverages in prohibited areas.
