7. Employee Acknowledgment Form I acknowledge receipt of the Tampa Brass & Aluminum Corp. (TBA) Employee Handbook (including Site Work Rules) and understand it is my responsibility to read, understand, and comply with the policies, procedures, and expectations it contains. I agree to follow these rules as a condition of my employment and continued employment. If I have questions at any time, I will seek clarification from my supervisor or Human Resources. I understand the handbook is not a contract of employment, does not guarantee employment for any specific term, and does not alter my at-will employment status. TBA may modify, revoke, or change any policy at any time, with or without notice. No manager or supervisor may alter these terms except by a written agreement signed by an authorized TBA executive.
