In Midlothian, we worked with a family eager to create a spacious, modern home with an open-plan design suited to their lifestyle. The project centered on a new extension, featuring a generous kitchen with a sleek island, a utility room, ground-floor WC, bright dining area, and a bespoke office space for productivity. We transformed the living room with a custom media wall, bespoke shelving, an integrated LED fireplace, and modern lighting for a warm, inviting feel. The extension is a standout, with pyramid skylights flooding the space with light and bi-fold doors leading to the garden. Outside, mahogany composite decking flows into a landscaped garden with raised flower beds, a porcelain slabbed seating area, composite panels, and sophisticated lighting—creating a five-star retreat for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
