Beechmount House Sash and case window restoration Projects
DTJ recently completed the restoration of over 50 original sash and case windows at Beechmount House, a property with more than 125 years of history.
By carefully refurbishing every frame, sash, and pulley, we brought the windows back to full working order while preserving their original character. Each was draught-sealed and upgraded for energy efficiency, ensuring they will last another century without compromising heritage value. Our craftsmen work with traditional joinery methods that modern production can’t replicate, respecting conservation guidelines at every stage. The result is living history – windows that function beautifully today while honouring the past.
