Our Lasswade clients originally thought their staircase needed to be completely removed and replaced with oak to achieve their vision. Instead, we proposed a smarter solution: retain the existing structure and transform it to look like a brand-new oak staircase. The result was stunning—oak cladding and sleek glass balustrades gave it a fresh, modern feel. To add more function and style, we recessed a custom oak bookcase into the wall along the staircase, creating a standout feature without losing space. The finished design blends form and function beautifully, delivering stylish impact with practical benefit.
