Our challenge was to unlock the potential of what they already had, without extending the footprint of the house. We removed the old conservatory and built up from the original foundations, creating a brand-new, fully insulated living space built to modern standards—comfortable in every season. The garage was given the same treatment, with the walls, floor, and roof all carefully insulated. The real highlight was forming a larger structural opening into what is now a bespoke bar area. Once a forgotten storage garage, it’s now a hub for family gatherings and entertaining. The result? The family can enjoy the same home in a completely new way—warm, welcoming, and ready for years of memories with their grandchildren.
