Before and after every session, we are asking our clients and staff to wash or sanitize their hands. Additionally, we have increased the number of times per day that we sanitize our equipment and facility. Forward Neck Tuck Sit with good posture then place one hand behind your head and slowly pull your head in the direction of your armpit. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat on each side as needed.
