WillowBend developer stays course The owner behind a multimillion-dol- lar project to expand Plano’s only remaining indoor shopping mall is look- ing to extend and restructure its nanc- ing as it prepares for a new stage of oce and residential construction. In recent years, Starwood Retail Partners has poured $125 million into repurposing its Shops at Willow Bend property with a slew of new non-tradi- tional tenants, from a children’s enter- tainment venue to a luxury tness building and a new restaurant district.
