As we envision Interlochen’s second century, we aspire to provide new—and permanent—levels of programmatic excellence. We know that this will have transformational impact on the next generation of creative changemakers that our world desperately needs. We seek to endow faculty positions and visiting artists in each of our artistic divisions, and academic programs; diversity, equity, and inclusion programming; special initiatives; touring opportunities; and more. Achieving these goals will allow us to recruit and retain the very best faculty to teach and mentor our ambitious young artists, and to welcome more visiting artists whose work will expand our reach and reputation, all while we deliver a life-changing experience that is diverse and inclusive for all.
