Dear Members,

As a reminder, all feedback forms submitted in paper or via the app will be summarized and presented to the House Committee for review and consideration. In addition, when members submit feedback about the clubhouse via the member feedback link in the daily email we are adding those comments to the list. We also continue to respond to emails submitted via the member feedback email link that don’t relate to Clubhouse operations within 48 hours of receipt. We believe that true hospitality goes beyond service—it is about anticipating needs, creating comfort, and delivering moments that feel both effortless and extraordinary. Your constructive feedback during our first 120 days of operations will be critically important in that regard, so please be sure to share all of your comments and suggestions with us. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving you each day. We look forward to building on our tradition of excellence and ensuring that your time at the Clubhouse is always exceptional.

FEEDBACK FORMS Available at the Concierge Desk, Card Rooms, POA, and Dining Outlets. and more than 200 in total since beginning to open the dining venues. Your engagement and feedback are invaluable as we fine-tune operations and enhance your overall experience. It is my great pleasure to welcome you into your stunning new clubhouse. As we begin to create memorable experiences in this new setting, I want to take a moment to recognize the remarkable commitment and tireless efforts of the late Harvey Schulweis (original Chair of the Clubhouse Construction Committee), Michael Azeez (who took the reins and steered the project to its spectacular conclusion), the members of the Board of Governors (past and present), the management team, and of course, the members for their patience as we endured several seasons in our temporary facilities and continued our work toward this momentous occasion. Extensive training has taken place in the lead up to opening the Clubhouse, and I am confident that as the team gets used to their new surroundings we will quickly move towards providing the Industry-Leading Hospitality that we are committed to providing, so that you can enjoy an exceptional and effortless lifestyle. We received over 100 Feedback Forms (shown below) following the opening of the Lower Level

Yours Truly,

Dear Members,

broader Frenchman’s Creek family—to continue building a culinary culture that celebrates excellence, creativity, and connection. Every plate we serve is an opportunity to create joy, spark conversation, and strengthen the sense of belonging that makes this place truly exceptional. Thank you once again for your warm welcome and trust. I am deeply honored to lead this kitchen and to serve a community that values not only great food, but the people and passion behind it. Together, we will make this a season to remember—one filled with flavor, friendship, and countless memorable moments around the table.

It is with great pride, gratitude, and genuine excitement that I greet you as your new Executive Chef. From the moment I first stepped through the doors of Frenchman’s Creek, I have been struck by the warmth of this extraordinary community. Your kind words, friendly conversations, and genuine hospitality have made me feel not only welcome, but truly at home—a sentiment that speaks volumes about the heart of this Club. As I continue to meet more of you in the days and weeks ahead, I look forward to learning about your individual tastes, family traditions, and the moments that make dining here so special. It’s clear that Frenchman’s Creek is far more than just a place to enjoy a meal—it’s a place where friends gather, memories are made, and every dish tells a story. My goal is to honor those traditions while introducing fresh ideas and culinary experiences that reflect both innovation and timeless comfort. My culinary philosophy is rooted in three core values: consistency, quality, and food safety. These are the foundations upon which every great dining experience is built. You can trust that every meal served, from a casual lunch to an elegant wine dinner, will be prepared with the utmost care, respect for ingredients, and attention to detail. It is my commitment that you will not only taste the difference—but feel it—in every bite. This upcoming season holds incredible promise. Our talented Culinary Team and I are curating menus that highlight seasonal ingredients, regional inspirations, and international influences. From fresh and vibrant coastal flavors to refined classics, we aim to surprise and delight while maintaining the comforting familiarity that makes Frenchman’s Creek dining so beloved. Expect a season filled with elegant wine dinners, festive gatherings, and themed culinary events designed to engage all your senses and bring our community even closer together.
