Sept. 26 to 28: Healdsburg International Short Film Festival The festival’s fourth year promises a weekend of unforgettable cinema, parties and a red carpet opening night. Several judges are attending the festival this year, including actor Ed Begley, Jr., who will make a book-signing appearance at the Raven Performing Arts Theater on Saturday, Sept. 27. Sept. 27: Healdsburg Arts Festival Healdsburg Center for the Arts, in collaboration with the City of Healdsburg, will hold the 2025 Healdsburg Arts Festival in the historic Plaza in downtown Healdsburg from 10 a.m. to 6p.m. Over 40 artists will be selling their work, and attendees can enjoy music, entertainment, food and wine. Artisan-made goods includes ceramics, woodwork, jewelry, printmaking, photography, painting, textile arts and glasswork. Takes place at Plaza and Center streets. Visit happeningsonomacounty.com .
Sept. 20 through October: Petaluma Pumpkin Patch and Amazing Corn Maze The Petaluma Pumpkin Patch and Amazing Corn Maze has over 5 acres of home-grown pumpkins. Over 50 varieties of pumpkins, squash and gourds, as well as a 4-acre Amazing Corn Maze, farm animals, a zipline, weekend pony rides, face painting, jumpy houses and inflatables, food vendors, covered snack area and more. Sept. 27: Weekend Along Farm Trails Tour Weekend Along the Farm Trails Fall Tour runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. when local farmers and producers open their gates and barn doors to offer a taste of life on the farm. Meet farmers and buy directly from the source. Enjoy tours, tastings and educational activities. Pick pumpkins, veggies and flowers. See farm animals, attend workshops and demos on ranching, beekeeping, pollinator gardening and more. All ages welcome. Registration is free but required at FarmTrailsFallTour2025. eventbrite.com.
