The buyer had recently sold a long-term, net-leased retail property in MD. Douglas Kel- ly, CCIM of Emerald Realty Group represented the buyer. 468 and 486 Thomas Jones Way, Exton. These two adjacent properties total 80,306 s/f and are long-term, net-leased to Col- legium Charter School. In the purest definition of a “like-kind exchange”, the buyer had been forced to sell two other build- ings leased by Collegium due to purchase options in the leases.
