These two adjacent properties total 80,306 s/f and are long-term, net-leased to Col- legium Charter School. In the purest definition of a “like-kind exchange”, the buyer had been forced to sell two other build- ings leased by Collegium due to purchase options in the leases. The other PA property TriGate purchased as part of that portfolio –Ephrata Commons – was sold in No- vember 2016. n
