ETHLEHEM, PA — Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Bethlehem Apartments, a 24- unit garden-style apartment community in Bethlehem. The asset sold for $2.04 million. “The new owner plans to continue a renovation pro- gram on the apartments to meet competitive rents in this submarket of Bethlehem,” said Daniel Bernard, an associ- ate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
