In the order Judge Green “reminded” The Parties that the true and accurate case record was something that it was not , and was in fact precisely opposite of what it was. e. I explained the situation to Detective Exline when she contacted me via phone on 07/23/23 after she showed up to my former home with Karen Strong who was claiming to have made arrangements to meet my sons and I there, which was false . 71) 07/24/23 - Detective Exline with The St. Louis County Police Department followed up with an email requesting that when I was back in town, I forward her the relevant court records which I had mentioned to her during our telephone conversation on 07/23/23. 72) 08/02/23 - I sent an email , with an attachment providing links to documents from the case record to Detective Exline with The St. Louis County Police Department, and copied the email of Attorney Modupe Oji after Detective Exline provided me Ms. Oji’s contact information and urged me to contact her. In my correspondence, I expressed the urgency of the crime that I was reporting, and the need for The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s O ffi ce to investigate my claims . I also referenced the implications for The St. Louis County Public given the fact that the perpetrators include judges and attorneys practicing in St. Louis County’s Judicial Circuit. a. I contacted The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s O ffi ce when we returned from our trip and they never returned my call. b. There was no further correspondence between Attorney Modupe Oji and I . c. The only contact Ms. Oji ever had with my teenage sons was when she came to their school on three di ff erent occasions between Fall 2023 and Spring 2024, and instructed the school to remove them from class so she could meet with them. Each time their school counselors were present to hear the boys state that they were not comfortable speaking with her and that what she was saying regarding when and why Mr. Ojeda no longer had supervised visitation with them, was not accurate.
