Maintain personal business social media platforms that reference team and brokerage affiliation. Use team and brokerage logos in real estate- related marketing. Use team colors/fonts in all real-estate marketing - both digital and print. (Team is happy to provide design assets.)
Meet a minimum of $2 million closed volume annually.
Maintain valid SC real estate license and CTAR membership.
