A s it celebrates a 10-year milestone, Ecoerne remains committed to simplifying the complex world of renewables; equipping installers, plumbers, engineers and merchants with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the dynamic and evolving heating industry. To this end, the Fermanagh-based firm has teamed up with Heat Engineer to become the sole approved training provider of its heat loss calculation software covering Ireland. “Heat Engineer “Ecoerne remains committed to simplifying the complex world of renewables.”

Software enables plumbing and heating professionals to easily calculate bespoke materials and fully understand a heating engineer’s requirement for accurate heat losses of any building,” explained Managing Director, Denzil Cluff. In addition, Ecoerne’s consulting division is on hand to assist engineers with system design, MCS accreditation, paperwork and any Health and Safety requirements. It is also poised to begin satellite training for MyEnergi Ireland installers to undergo approved on-site training for its products such as Eddi, Libbi and Zappi. Ecoerne’s dedication to promoting energy efficiency and collaboration within the sector highlights its mission to drive positive change in renewable energy adoption. The next decade promises even more innovation and expansion

as Ecoerne continues its journey in the renewable energy landscape. Denzil said, “Further down the line, our courses will expand from an initial introduction to low temperature heating and hydronics to focus more on heat pump installations with regard to hydraulic separation, buffers and controls. We’re also going to cover hot water provision from heat pump cylinders and the integration of solar PV and battery installations with heat pumps. “We’ll be gathering valuable feedback from the participants of our introduction course to evaluate where we can provide more training assistance in this first phase of our course development. Phase two will involve expanding our course offerings and reaching a broader audience.”
