S taff recruitment and retention is the highest priority at Kerrigan Mechanical, and the company encourages and promotes training and upskilling of their team, both for homegrown talent and newcomers. “To support our strategy, it is essential to have a mix of highly trained and experienced staff and younger team members support them,” commented Commercial Director Aiden Likely. “Several team members are in training and further education programs, and we permit time off to attend CPDs, seminars and learning opportunities to assist them in their career development journey.” Ronan Kerrigan – The Managing Director and founder of the business is very hands-on and takes an active part in all aspects of the business. He is always on hand for support and advice. Aiden Likely – The Commercial Director also heads up the commercial and financial function of the business. He has extensive experience in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge.

Francis McNulty - The Operations and Construction team is led by the Contracts Director, who ensures that strong relationships are maintained with clients and stakeholders. Adam Dent – The Contracts Manager has led some of the company’s largest projects over the years. He will continue to be in high demand with Kerrigan’s expansion. Brian Mahon – The Head of Estimation is a key member of the Commercial Department. He is tasked with winning all the work and is heavily involved in the mobilisation of the projects. Sarah Boylan – The Senior Building Services Engineer leads the engineering team. She is a leading figure in CIBSE, specially in Women in Building Services Engineering. Richard Coffey – The Financial Controller is also the leader of the Finance team. Sharon Gavillet – She processes all creditor and subcontractor payments for the business. Sharon is supported by Emma Poyntz, responsible for payroll. Philip Mulrone – The Head of Purchasing

offers great knowledge of the company’s extensive product range. Philip is assisted by Rowena Murtagh. Kevin McNally – The Domestic and Maintenance Quantity Surveyor is an expert in renewables and works closely with Ronan in expediting delivery of high- end installations. Ciara Galligan – The Receptionist makes sure that everyone is directed properly and is also involved in Operations support. Paul White and Dan O’Shaughnessy – The team of Project Managers ensure projects run seamlessly and to high-quality standards and are delivered on time. Thiago Bello and Vinicius Faria Araujo - The site engineers support the construction function. Joe McCann, Owen Keating, David McNulty, Marty Durkan, Willie Arkins, Stephen Fitzmaurice, Owen Keating, Oisin Doyle, Lee O’Farrell, Aaron Hennessey, Jason Doyle, and Stephen Elvin, among other s – The Site Managers and Foremen manage the day-to-day operations on site.
