All distribution pumps and boosters are supplied by Grundfos. The development is equipped with an energy-efficient central system, which works with heat interface units supplied by Euro-Fluid Handling Systems and designer smooth panel radiators and heat recovery units by Versatile. “The project is really poised to offer a high-end finish for the soon-to-be residents,” commented Contracts Manager Adam Dent. The basement and corridors are equipped with a car park extract system from Crossflow and nine passive smoke shafts (one per core). Lift lobbies are protected with insulated fire-rated duct by SR Ventilation and each stair core has a dry riser system for fire-fighting duties.
