Hayley Mintern Associate Director Freelance & Interim

Graduating in 2012, Charlotte worked in retail management for 3 years and spent a further 2 years working in sales before moving to London to pursue a career in property recruitment. Starting her career with an international company in 2015, she has worked with a number of public and private sector organisations within property.

Hayley specialises in Interim and Freelance positions in Facilities Management throughout education where she represents both independent schools and further education colleges.

Charlotte joined MRG as a Practice Manager solely specialising in Student Residences in conjunction with our established higher education business. She is responsible for interim and permanent campaigns for mid to senior level management across student residences; including roles within Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, Student Experience, Student Welfare and wider Facilities Management.

Typical roles appointed to include Estates Bursar, Estates Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager in addition to roles within Health and Safety.
