MAA will make a contribution to your HSA upon enrollment and every January 1 thereafter equal to $100 for single coverage (Employee Only) and $300 for family coverage (Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), Employee + Family). When you and your covered spouse (if applicable) complete various wellness-related activities through the Cigna Healthcare Wellness Experience, MAA will make contributions to your HSA as a reward for taking an active role in your health, up to $600 each per year. You can fund your HSA every pay period with pre-tax payroll contributions. You may change your contribution any time during the year in Workday. You can fund your HSA at any time by making a deposit with after-tax dollars.
The sum of contributions made by you and MAA cannot exceed the federal limit, as indicated in the table below.
