welCome to our 2021 holiday brochure, filled with magnificent destinations to entice you. Although the summer of 2020 saw many destinations, attractions and venues closed, looking ahead to 2021 many are planning their reopening and we can start exploring by coach again. We will, of course, be taking all the relevant precautions for your health and safety, as will the hotels and attractions we visit and we are proud to have been granted ‘Good to Go’ by VisitEngland. 2020 has been the most di3icult year in Galloway’s lifetime, with multiple departures cancelled. Our sta3 have worked tirelessly, behind the scenes, making sure that our customers have many possible options available to them. We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understating throughout this di3icult time. The impact of the virus has made us all need to find new ways to connect and communicate. Many of you now connect with us online, meaning you are able to access full itineraries for our tours featured in this brochure via our website www.travel-galloway.com. As well as this all our tours are operated with full financial protection through Bonded Coach Holidays and as ABTA members too, you can be rest assured that your money is safe. we look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon. *Gradually we will be moving digital sending documents to you by email to reduce our carbon footprint so we will be asking for email addresses to be able to do this. Bookings can be shown to drivers on devices rather than printing tickets. Any documents that are requested to be sent via the post may incur an admin charge. *Free travel insurance is available for all tours that depart between 1st May 2021 and 30th September 2021. Tour booking must be made between 1st November 2020 and 31st December 2020. Insurance cover is for standard insurance and will not include extras, cover is not available for individuals that will be 80+years of age on departure date.
