INSTRUCTIONS Brown hamburger meat and drain. Mix all of your soups and rotel together in a bowl. Line bottom of casserole dish with crushed chips, next top chips with hamburger meat, then top with soup mixture. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbling. Top with sour cream or salsa and enjoy!

CHRIS LARRABEE PT, DPT
Chris grew up Kaysville, UT spending most of his time playing basketball and baseball at Davis High School. His experience as a high school athlete, the mentorship of his physical therapist, and his love for human anatomy led him to pursue a career in physical therapy himself. He obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University
of Utah in 2019. Chris specializes in orthopedic, spine, and sports injuries with additional training in amputee rehabilitation and wound care. Chris enjoys educating and encouraging patients to help them achieve their goals. He married his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of two children. They enjoy playing board games and watching movies together. He still loves basketball and softball and has added pickleball, golf, and spike ball to his list of hobbies.
