our early creators of Plays were hesitant to take the plunge at first, most have found that it is pretty rewarding to share their knowledge and they even had a little fun along the way! We even have a duo of our early adopters of Plays, Hannah Derksen and Rico VanOosten, nominated as a Team of the Year for Redzone’s annual awards rec- ognition! While they certainly set the pace for creating Plays it has expanded greatly throughout all areas of the operation. In addition to those two the following people have been a key part of getting us to our first 100 Plays: Mike Jacobs, Catherine Larson, Cody Brill, Al Kvool, Ryan Burger, Sherry Joos, Kim Gallagher, Rick Cox, Dale Lippens, Keith Larson, Becca Dodd, Amy Williams, Ken Franchino, Jon Bakener, Jackie Furman, Jasey Moore, Natasha Pretzsch, Amy Wilcox, Michelle Kemmerer, Jordon Smith, Caleb Henson, Jacob Bergner, Jessica Guenther, Trisha Carter, Karen Yardley, Ben Fichter, Nick Sterling, Matthias Kemmeren and Brian Beckman. Each of these people has been a part of at least one Play in Redzone and is a big part of the success we have had so far (hopefully I did not miss anybody). Thank you all for jumping out of your comfort zone and being the early adopters! We cannot wait to see what you all will teach us next!
