Morning Fitness This program is designed for any level of fitness. Classes begin with a warm up and transition to an energizing cardio section, with difficulty modifications available. Then it’s on to muscular conditioning exercises with resistance equipment like dumbbells, bands, sliders and more. The class concludes with a cool down and stretch for a relaxing way to end your workout. Ages: 13+ years Notes: * No class October 13; November 21

Stretch Enjoy a renewing full body stretch experience that encourages mobility, flexibility and circulation within the body. Each session incorporates movement and poses that will stretch various body parts including neck, shoulders, hips, core and legs. Gentle toning, deep breathing and a short relaxation element are also included to leave you feeling refreshed. All fitness levels welcome. Age: 13+ years
