FARE Program The FARE program helps families with low incomes enjoy recreation experiences. To be eligible, you must: • Submit an application for review • Provide proof of residency within Oxford County • Provide proof of financial status indicating a total household income below the Low Income Cut Offs (LICO) set by Statistics Canada To receive more information, please email TCCReception@Tillsonburg.ca or call 519.688.9011 Jumpstart Sometimes, families need financial assistance to get their kids into a sport or physical activity.
