Description These advanced swimmers will take on challenging aquatic skills, including stride entries, compact jumps, and lifesaving kicks like eggbeater and scissor kicks. They’ll build strength and power with 25-metre head-up breaststroke sprints. 1:10 instructor to participant ratio. Age: 5+ years Fee: $61.90/ 7 weeks $70.00/8 weeks
Description These swimmers will master shallow dives, cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and backward somersaults in the water. They’ll refine their front and back crawl over 50-metre swims and breaststroke over 25 metres. To build endurance, they’ll tackle 25-metre sprints and interval training: 4 x 50 metres of front or back crawl and 4 x 15 metres of breaststroke. 1:10 instructor to participant ratio.
