For designs that require in excess of 7 spot colors, Boelter has the capabilities to screen print Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black (CMYK), also known as Four-Color-Process (4CP).
• Our equipment allows for additional spot colors to be added as needed • Cost effective solution for large quantity programs • Printed utilizing UV inks that deliver colors brighter than ceramic enamels • Colors are printed in 85 line screen halftones. Thermochromatic inks appear opaque white at room temperature and change color when introduced to cold liquid. This is offered in both UV and Epoxy to pair with either UV or NLV ink systems.

REPLICA METALIZING SPRAY An organic spray that looks metallic which can be applied as a full coverage or feathered. Additionally, up to 7-colors of UV can be printed on top of the replica metalizing spray.

REPLICA ACID ETCH SPRAY
FULL FROST Frost spray provides the look of acid-etch without the use of acid. Glass is sprayed with frost ink system that mimics acid etch. Frost spray can be printed with up to 7 colors.
FROST RESIST Glass is screen printed with clear window lacquer over the frost spray to give the appearance resist. Glass can be printed with up to 6 additional colors.
NUCLEATION After printing, a laser creates a logo or pattern of dots in the bottom of the glass. When beer is poured, the disruption creates a steady stream of bubbles which extends the life of the foam head.
