Fairfax Place presented a challenge with adherence to conservation area regulations and the need to integrate varying levels between the host houses seamlessly. Despite these obstacles, the design team achieved the desired outcome. “The design combines Scandinavian simplicity and clean lines with contemporary utilitarian elements. It’s a blend of timeless elegance and modern practicality, featuring light wood, neutral colours, and uncluttered spaces. The result is a functional yet stylish home, where simplicity and functionality coexist seamlessly, creating a serene and practical living space.” Stephan Shaw.
